- Is access to the shuttle easy and locatable? How do I find it?
Access to the shuttle depends on which terminal you land at. Accesses are as follows:
Roissy Charles De Gaulle :
     Terminal 3: In front of the Arrivals-Departure Hall.
     Terminal 1: At the Departure - Door 32-34
     Terminal 2B/2D: Door D12
     Terminal 2A/2C: Door A11/C1
     Terminal 2E/2F: Door 5 of the gallery - Level 0 - Exit 0.09
     Terminal 2G: N2 shuttle to the 2E/2F terminal
Orly :
     Terminal Orly South: Bus station platform No 2
     Terminal Orly West: Level 0 - Door I
Terminal Beauvais : in front of the Arrivals terminal


- Is it cheaper if I buy a return ticket?
A return ticket is double the price of a single one: Adult: €34.00, Child: €26.00

- How do you get to and from the selected hotels: Kyriad, Vienna International Dream Castle Hotel, Magic Circus Hotel, Explorers, etc.?
From Roissy Charles De Gaulle, there are 4 services during the day to the selected hotels (direct routes): please see the time table, Rubric: Practical Info.
From Orly, you can take the shuttle to the Disneyland (Chessy) bus station, and then take a Pep's bus (Tel: 01 60 07 94 70) to go to the Selected hotels.

- What do I have to do to make a complaint?
Send us, if possible, a registered letter with a form of acknowledgement of receipt giving the maximum information (date, time, direction of the route, etc.)
To claim for a ticket to be reimbursed: write to us asking for a reimbursement and send us the electronic tickets, plus your receipt (if you had to buy new tickets).

- I cannot print my ticket, what should I do?
If you have created a ticket and paid for it, your ticket exists in your account. Connect on to your account and click on "Your Tickets" the print it.
If you cannot find "Your Tickets", you can send a claim (on the internet site) by giving the name shown on the ticket, the date and purchase transaction reference. Your ticket will be sent by mail.

- Is the shuttle service fully-assured during holiday periods, public holidays and New Year's Day?
VEA shuttles run according to the usual holiday, bank holiday and New Year Day time tables, please see our site , rubric: Practical Info

- Can I buy tickets at the airport?
If you can not take a ticket on the internet (best means), you can buy one at the airport at the ADP information counters, Comité Régionale du Tourisme or from the driver on board the bus.

- If I miss the last shuttle leaving the airport, what can I do to get to my hotel?
If you miss the last shuttle from the airport, you can take the train:
- From Roissy Charles De Gaulle: REB B (To Paris) - Connection at Chatelet to take the RER A (To Marne le Vallée Chessy).
- From Orly to Antony: Connection REB B (To Paris) - Connection at Chatelet to take the RER A (To Marne le Vallée Chessy).

- I can not find the time tables on the internet site, which rubric can I find them in?
You have to go to "Practical Info) then "Time tables", and then choose the route you are looking for.

- Can I take the shuttle to go to the Elysée Val d'Europe or Radisson SAS?
You can take the Orly or Roissy Charles De Gaulle shuttle to the Disneyland (Chessy) bus station, then take the PEP's line: No 50 for the Elysée Val d'Europe, and the No 34 or 57 for the Radisson and Mariott.

- I regularly take the shuttle, are there any reduced-price tickets?
No, the shuttle is a private regular one. We do not practise special rates.

- Are the vehicles adapted for wheels chairs?
No, but contact us : a solution can be proposed with a specially adapted vehicle.

- I would like a private service, can you organise it for me?
Absolutely, we have a private transfer service available for our clients with cars or minibuses with chauffeur. Please contact us.

- How can I find my VEA shuttle when I arrive at the airport?
By following the VEA shuttle / Disneyland Paris signs in the airports.
